You pay only a 10% downpayment and submit 4 initial documents. The Vanuatu Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) conducts a preliminary check — typically within up to 15 days.
In parallel, we prepare and compile the complete documentation package for the Citizenship Commission submission.
Following positive FIU findings, your complete application is formally submitted to the Citizenship Commission and the next 30% payment is made.
The Citizenship Commission meets twice per month to review applications. Your file is scheduled for the next available session after submission.
After a successful review, you receive Approval in Principle — your citizenship is confirmed. The remaining 60% balance is then paid.
Biometrics can be completed in the UAE, Vanuatu or Hong Kong — whichever is most convenient. We coordinate scheduling and support you through the appointment.
Your 10-year Vanuatu passport is issued and delivered to your preferred location — or collected at our Dubai head office.
